Leena Cook L.Ac., received her Masters of Oriental Medicine from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2000. She is licensed in the State of Georgia and board certified by National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Leena Cook has taught at Acupuncture Schools in Asheville N.C. for 10 years. She has been both a global educator and vital member within the holistic community for over twenty years. Amongst her most notable wellness contributions to society, the founding of Healthy Body & Soul, Inc (HBS) has been on the forefront of her efforts. Modeled after years served in clinical and educational settings, Leena’s vision for HBS has been to provide compassionate integrative healthcare for all. Leena has effectively treated patients with both acute and chronic conditions alike, ranging from but not limited to Back pain, infertility, depression and PTSD. Thanks to Leena’s driven dedication to community service, Healthy Body & Soul has proudly become one of the few clinics in the state partnered with the Department of Veteran Affairs, to provide cost-free specialized care to our nation’s veterans and has grown into an invaluable haven for all military personnel.

I am dealing with infertility due to lack of ovulation. I started doing oral medications, started to ovulate but did not get pregnant. In the process, i started seeing Leena and getting acupuncture treatments and taking herbs. I'm not on my first natural (non-medicated) cycle with ovulation! She's affordable and open to listening to your concerns. She's very intuitive and such a calm presence. I'd recommend her to anyone! The community room, also allows you to pay between $25-45, no questions asked per session, which makes it affordable for any budget. It's a god send.

I started going to acupuncture 3 years ago when I struggled with infertility, weight gain, and overall fatigue from an unhealthy lifestyle. Ahmad put me on a reasonable plan, that had me feeling better with more energy in no time. I was able to conceive within 6 months and now have a healthy toddler. The ambience is great. Everyone is friendly, and I would highly recommend them for anyone just beginning or experienced with acupuncture.
