All new patients are required to provide a credit card and $50 deposit upon scheduling. We ask that you give us sufficient notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment – which is 24 hours. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. When you arrive for your visit, you can apply the $50 deposit towards the self pay rate, the deductible, your co-pays or products. Cancellation Fees Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of your first/initial visit. If you cancel less than 24 hours for your follow up visit, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and courtesy with regards to missed appointments. We set aside this time exclusively for you. Insurance We bill your insurance as a courtesy. For out-of-network policies, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your plan. We submit for your in-network acupuncture visits in a timely manner. If your insurance company does not remit payment to us after 30 days, we kindly ask that you that the patient call their insurance plan to try to expedite payment. After 30 days, the patient is ultimately responsible for payment and will be charged for any visits which have not been reimbursed by insurance. Acupuncture is excluded on some policies. If you are uncertain about your policy, please call your insurance company.Please be advised, that we do not take Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and Medicare Supplemental plans. Did you also know that your FSA or HSA can be used for acupuncture? Use your benefits card to pay for your acupuncture session. Or, ask us for an itemized receipt to submit to be reimbursed from your FSA or HSA plan. We accept Checks, Cash, Visa and MasterCard

We are in-network with number of health insurance plans which may cover acupuncture, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare (UHC), Oxford and others. Unfortunately, all plans are different, and many have restrictions or deductibles that must be met before coverage begins.
